Gabrielle Amato-Bailey

Director of Membership

Special Projects, Centers for Academic Success, College of Southern Nevada

Moving here at age 6, Gabrielle is nearly a Las Vegas native. After majoring in Theatre at LVA, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Liberal Arts at Sarah Lawrence College with a focus in Women's Studies. Her non-profit work began during college, interning with Planned Parenthood in the summer of 2009 right before her senior year. Since then, she's worked in nearly every type of role in the nonprofit world: volunteer, grassroots activist, development staff, program manager, client services, department head, gala committee member, and now board member. Currently, Gabrielle works in Special Projects in the Centers for Academic Success at College of Southern Nevada.

Gabrielle is most looking forward to nurturing fellow nonprofit professionals in the collective struggle to destroy systematic oppression and save the world! When she's not doing that, she can usually be found practicing witchcraft, or watching Broad City and RuPaul's Drag Race.
