Wind Down Wednesdays
Do you ever find it challenging to switch from work mode to relaxing at home? We’ve felt that way, too!
Join us Wednesday, March 24th, at 5:30 pm, for the first session of a new monthly series: Wind-Down Wednesdays. Our conversation will be about how you can shift your mindset from work-from-home mode to relaxation mode at the end of your workday. This presentation will provide useful tools and practices for your everyday life. We intend for this space to be a laid-back, no-pressure environment. You’re invited to come as you are; camera use is optional and comfy clothes are encouraged! Come wind down with us!
We will begin the event with a grounding exercise and then provide attendees with tips for winding down after work. If you have questions related to self-care, you can ask your questions at the event or in advance using this form.
