Greetings, Welcome to the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Southern Nevada, and a rather late welcome to 2021! I’d like to discuss first about what 2020 meant. It was our 10th anniversary, a milestone which we can be proud of. It was also a year that will last long in memory. One of the projects we undertook in 2020 was to revise and expand our strategic plan (more to come on that). As part of that project, we launched a member survey to gauge our members’ profiles, challenges, and interests -- and how we can better represent and serve our members and the community.
